The autoloader stopped opening offline
Low risk~ ReportedWhat you see
- The shortcut used to work, and now it asks for a connection or shows an error.
What it means
This is about the WebKit Autoloader. Users report that the saved cache can get damaged or lost, and the project has released fixes for cache problems. These are reports, not confirmed for every console or firmware.
What to do
Run the installer again to rebuild the cache
Follow the steps for the release you use.
As a check, see whether your chain needs a local network
Some chains need a network connection even without internet. For example, the v0.5.1 release notes say Relapse needs an active Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection, even without internet access.
When to stop
An offline page is not an offline chain
A page saved for offline use and a whole chain that works with no network at all are different things. Check what your version supports.
