It is not clear which part is failing
Low riskWhat you see
- You updated several tools at once and an error appeared.
- You cannot tell where the problem started.
What it means
When you change several things at once (the exploit, the autoloader, payloads, the mounter), it gets hard to tell where the error started. This page is a way to narrow it down. It is a diagnostic routine, not an official fix.
What to do
As a check, write down how you got to the error
Note the exact version of each tool
Support can change between releases. The WebKit Autoloader changelog, for example, shows firmware support being added and dropped from one version to the next.
Save the log before you restart
Some tools write a log on the console. ShadowMountPlus, for example, writes /data/shadowmount/debug.log. Keep a copy before you restart.
As a check, change one thing at a time and compare
Go back to the last setup that worked and change only one item per attempt. That way you can see which change brings the error back.
When to stop
What this check cannot tell you
Do not use videos or reports from another firmware as proof that something works on yours. This routine does not replace a hardware diagnosis.
